Registration Details

The completed Registration Form and a satisfactory Statement of Compliance must be submitted and assessed before a certificate will be issued.

Management of matters relating to the Code of Conduct are undertaken by an executive drawn from the two founding organisations and additional members. Any communication on the Code should be sent to the address on the form.

Additional copies of the Code can be obtained from the Secretariat Office on completion of the order form (you may photocopy the Code, if you prefer).

Any matter questioning the compliance of a registrant to the Code should be submitted in writing. This will be addressed by a working party drawn from competent people independent of any interested parties.

Registration will be for one year only and will be renewable on July l st annually, on payment of the appropriate fee and satisfactory completion of any re-registration form.

Service Providers are required to supply copies of their registration certificate to all clients.
